I'm off to the mountains for a little break. I'll be back to blogging the middle of next week. print via here

I had a great weekend: beautiful weather, dinner parties with friends, and my marathon relay team finishing in 3:53:06 (9 minutes faster than our time last year). Woohoo! It's going to be a lovely week. I just know it. print via here
Wondering what to do with that blank wall in your kiddo's room? I like this mix of prints. It's not too predictable or tied to a specific theme.
We had gorgeous 70 degree weather yesterday. Snow is in the forecast later this week. These temperature swings are typical of March weather around here. Fortunately, the cold doesn't last long and it's usually sunny. This room reminds me of Spring. I love the cloud pillow.
I'm helping a friend decorate the nursery for her baby girl due in June. She wanted a girly and fabulous space, and it's certainly shaping up to be just that. I spotted this Ikea hack and sent it to her. She loved the idea (in black and pink, no neon green). We are hunting for some black and white prints to go in these inexpensive Ikea frames. I can't wait to see the final painted product.
Colorado must be rubbing off on me, because I'm a sucker for tree prints. Textiles. Wallpaper. Whatever. I spotted this stenciled room over on Remodelista, and I wanted to share it with you. Great step by step instructions here.
Framed vintage ski posters make great wall art for little people. Isn't this a cute one? We are leaving for the mountains to ski as a family. Thank god for weekends and fresh snow. via here
Here's a sneak peek of the Babiekins nursery. The ceiling and chandelier are gorgeous, and I love the contrasting bright blue rocker.
